Notice to California residents
This California Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. It describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), and how to exercise them.
Categories of personal information we collect
In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories, as defined in the CCPA:
- Identifiers: name, email, postal address, phone, IP address.
- Customer records: shipping and billing addresses, payment card information (processed by payment partners).
- Commercial information: products purchased, order history.
- Internet activity: browsing history on our site, interactions with our emails.
- Geolocation: approximate location derived from IP address.
- Inferences: preferences derived from purchase and browsing activity.
Sources, purposes, and disclosure
We collect personal information from you directly, from your interactions with our site, and from service providers who assist with order fulfillment. We use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We disclose it to service providers (payment, shipping, email, analytics) under contracts that limit their use of the data.
Sale & sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We also do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CCPA. If this changes, we will update this notice and provide an opt-out mechanism.
Your rights
Subject to verification of your identity, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.
- Access a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
- Delete your personal information, subject to exceptions (e.g., to complete a transaction, comply with legal obligations).
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not currently process sensitive personal information for purposes that would require this option).
- Non-discrimination: we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide different service because you exercised a CCPA right.
How to exercise your rights
Submit a request in one of two ways:
- Email: privacy@vconnectusallc.com with "California Rights Request" in the subject line.

We will verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent; the agent must provide written authorization and we may contact you to confirm. We aim to respond within 45 days, extendable to 90 where permitted by law.
