Ordering
What's the difference between VConnect Business and VConnect Shop?

Business is our B2B storefront — bulk pricing, quote requests, net-30 terms after credit review. Shop is our B2C site for individual consumers. Same warehouses, same products; different pricing and payment tiers.

What's your minimum order quantity?

Shop has no MOQ — order one item if you like. Business MOQs vary by product; most run between 10 and 100 units. Custom manufacturing has its own MOQ, typically starting at 500 units.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, for approved B2B accounts. Net-30 terms are available after a standard credit check. Contact our business team at business@vconnectusallc.com to set up an account.

Can I place an order over the phone?

For B2B quotes and large orders, yes — call your account manager. For retail orders, please use the online shop so we have a written record of specs and shipping address.

Products & Sourcing
Where are your products manufactured?

Our manufacturers are located in China (primarily Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Fujian), Hong Kong, and Vietnam. Every factory has been visited by our sourcing team.

Are your products certified?

Products that require certification carry it — UL and ETL for electrical, CE and FCC for electronics, RoHS for restricted substances, CPSIA for anything that might reach children. Product listings show the specific certifications held.

Can you source a specific product on request?

In most cases, yes. If you have a part number, spec sheet, or sample of what you need, we can typically identify a qualified manufacturer within our network and quote pricing within a week. Submit a custom sourcing request →

Shipping & Delivery
Which carriers do you use?

FedEx, UPS, DHL, and UniUni for last-mile B2C delivery. The specific carrier depends on destination, weight, and speed of service requested.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. International shipping is available for B2B customers on a case-by-case basis — contact your account manager.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. You can also look up your order on our Track Your Order page.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty
What's your return policy?

Consumer orders: 30-day return window on unopened items, 14-day window on opened items. B2B orders: returns follow the terms specified in the purchase agreement. See our full returns policy.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, warranty varies by product category — typically 12 months for consumer electronics, 24 months for power equipment, and 90 days on accessories. See our warranty page for details by category.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Document the damage with photos before opening, if possible. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we'll file the carrier claim and arrange replacement or refund.
