Our warranty commitment
Every product we sell carries a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty periods vary by product category and are shown on each product listing. This policy applies to consumer purchases; business purchases are governed by the contract signed with your account manager.

What's not covered
- Damage from misuse, accident, modification, or unauthorized repair.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
- Damage caused by use outside the product's rated specifications.
- Loss of data, business interruption, or other incidental or consequential damages.
How to file a warranty claim
- Email warranty@vconnectusallc.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the defect.
- We may ask for additional diagnostic information — please respond within 7 days.
- If the claim is approved, we will either send a replacement, issue a prepaid label for repair, or issue a refund — at our discretion and based on availability.
- Expected resolution time: 5–10 business days from the date we receive the defective item.

Extended warranty coverage is available on select B2B categories under separate contract. Contact your account manager for terms.
