We ship most consumer orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Business and wholesale orders follow the delivery window specified in the purchase agreement. All shipments include tracking, and we are transparent about transit times and costs.

- Free standard shipping on orders over $49 within the contiguous 48 states.
- Standard shipping: calculated at checkout, typically $5.99–$14.99.
- Expedited / overnight: live rates from FedEx and UPS, calculated at checkout.
Business (Wholesale)
- Freight and LTL for pallet shipments — quoted per order based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Customer carrier accounts accepted (FedEx, UPS, DHL) — provide your account number at checkout.
- Free freight on orders above agreed thresholds in standing B2B contracts.
Hazardous materials & restricted items
Some products — notably lithium batteries above certain watt-hour ratings, pressurized aerosols, and certain chemicals — are subject to hazmat shipping regulations. These ship ground only, cannot ship by air, and are restricted from delivery to PO boxes. Restrictions are noted on the product listing.
Address changes & failed delivery
We can change a shipping address before the package is picked up by the carrier. After pickup, address changes go through the carrier directly and may involve a fee. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or refund less the original shipping cost.
