Our commitment
VConnect USA LLC is committed to making our websites and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard used by the U.S. federal government and adopted by most accessibility laws.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML structure throughout the site (proper headings, landmarks, lists).
- Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements.
- Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Color contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA for text and UI components.
- Forms with associated labels, error messaging, and clear required-field indicators.
- Responsive layouts that work at 200% zoom and on mobile screens down to 320px wide.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review new features for accessibility before launch, and we periodically audit the existing site. We are continuing work on:
- Captions and transcripts for video content.
- Enhanced screen-reader support for complex UI components.
- Testing with assistive technology users across a wider range of tools.
Third-party content
Some content on our site is provided by third parties (payment processors, analytics, embedded carrier tracking). We work with vendors to select accessible options, but we cannot guarantee full accessibility of third-party content.
