The Process

From factory floor to U.S. warehouse, in six steps.

Our sourcing workflow is deliberately slow at the front end and fast at the back end. By the time a product reaches a U.S. purchase order, every structural question has already been answered.

Step 01

Identify candidate manufacturers.

We maintain a working database of factories across Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian, Hong Kong and northern Vietnam. When a new category is opened, we shortlist three to five candidates per product line based on capacity, existing certifications, and client references.

Step 02

On-site factory visit.

A member of our Shenzhen team visits every shortlisted factory in person. The visit covers production line capacity, warehouse conditions, quality-control procedures, and worker conditions. No partnership begins from a catalog alone.

Step 03

Sample testing & certification review.

Product samples are tested against U.S. standards — UL for electrical, CE and RoHS where required, MSDS for chemical products, and FDA for anything touching food or personal care. Certificates are verified directly with the issuing bodies.

Step 04

Commercial terms & MOQ negotiation.

We negotiate unit pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, lead times, and tooling costs. Contracts are signed bilingually and specify remediation terms for defects and delayed shipments.

Step 05

Pre-shipment inspection.

Every production batch is inspected before leaving the factory — AQL-based sampling for consumer goods, 100% inspection for higher-risk categories like batteries and inverters. Defect rates and corrective actions are logged.

Step 06

U.S. import, warehouse, fulfillment.

Goods land in our East Coast and West Coast 3PL facilities. From there, domestic fulfillment runs through FedEx, UPS, and DHL with tracked shipping to businesses and consumers in 48 states.
