Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy covers returns and refunds for consumer (B2C) orders. Business orders are governed by the terms of the purchase agreement signed with your account manager.
Return window
- Unopened items: 30 days from delivery.
- Opened items in resalable condition: 14 days from delivery.
- Damaged or defective items: no time limit within the warranty period — see our warranty policy.
Items that cannot be returned
- Custom-manufactured or made-to-order items.
- Hazardous materials (lithium batteries over 100Wh, aerosols, chemicals) once opened.
- Personal care items and consumables once opened, for hygiene reasons.
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product listing.
How to initiate a return
- Email returns@vconnectusallc.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the return qualifies.
- Pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside, and drop off with the carrier specified on the label.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days of being issued; the exact timing depends on your bank. PayPal and ACH refunds are usually faster.
Restocking fees
Opened items in resalable condition may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount. Unopened items have no restocking fee. Damaged and defective items are always refunded in full.
Return shipping
For items that arrive damaged or defective, or if the error is on our end, we cover return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is deducted from the refund.
