Integrated Stepper Servo Motor Driver

This integrated closed-loop stepper motor combines the motor body and driver into a single compact unit, simplifying system design while reducing installation complexity and maintenance requirements. The motor delivers a rated torque of 2.2N.m and features a 1000-line encoder for precise motion control. With a motor size of 57 × 57 × 94mm and an 8mm shaft diameter, it is designed for reliable performance in various automation and CNC applications. The motor operates with a DC24–60V input, with DC36V recommended for optimal performance. It supports a maximum frequency of 300KHZ and a current rating of 5A. Communication is enabled through TTL with a MicroUSB interface, while the working mode supports pulse and direction control. Using advanced closed-loop control technology, the system continuously monitors motor position and speed feedback to improve precision, stability, and operational efficiency. This design significantly reduces step loss, enhances positioning accuracy, and provides greater torque output compared to standard stepper motors.
